The Face of Competitive Intelligence

The rise and rise of competitive intelligence practice in fortune 500 organisations symbolize a dazzling profile of credence and competence-reorientation for appropriate-action resolution, the absence of which trigger quivering managerial assessments and death-dealing undercurrent capable of jeopardizing survival of an organisation. This is where the herald blazes! Fitting competitive intelligence before decision-making gives rise to realistic actionable intelligence and in turn producing organisational dynamism transcending success of business portfolios, processes, products, brands, total service, leadership influence, and corporate growth plan. That's why more organisations are setting up Competitive Intelligence Units.

Reverberations of wrong action-spins are spearheads of corporate cataclysm. Hail the rail while recalling several firms derailed then failed. The rail of business success in complexities dawning from globalisation, rapid inventiveness and multiplicative decision polarisation is foreknowledge reinforced with mandatory action, which quintessentially denotes Competitive Intelligence.  Dearth of sensitivity to situational forces along with their origin and potential impact spiralled many organisations out of aerie, wrenching them to moribundity. It's time for appropriate engagement of success gears in organisations. This calls for deliberate management of CI culture organisation-wide, CI capacity building programmes, as well as CI service provision either in the form of outsourced CI processes or inplant CI unit. In the face of competitive intelligence, only sufficiently responsive entities carry on.
